Over the web

  1. Sign in by entering your account number and PIN.
  2. Click 'Recharge account' in the left hand side menu.

Over the phone

  1. Dial the Access number for the country you are in.
  2. Enter you account number and press #
  3. Enter your PIN and press #
  4. Press 4 1# and follow the voice prompts.

Via our 24/7 Customer Service

  1. Dial the Access number for the country you are in.
  2. Press 0# to speak to a Customer Service Representative.

Using Auto-recharge

Never run out of credit. Have your account recharged automatically when your balance gets low. To set up Auto-recharge:

  1. Login by entering your account number and PIN.
  2. Click 'Recharge account' in the left hand side menu.
  3. Click 'Auto-recharge' in the top sub-menu
